The context
Brado is a Motor Valley atelier that builds the Carbon Buggy, a carbon-fibre restomod. A new brand, a niche product and no existing audience, in a restomod market where the number of ateliers with an outstanding car grows every year.
The challenge
Taking the brand to the international market at a price above 115,000 euros, building demand, credibility and a sales network before the car was even unveiled, and with no media spend.
What we did
- Positioning. The chosen segment is luxury fun: an object of collection and experience, built around the pleasure of driving, to support the price.
- Demand before launch. Content and project storytelling to engage the community from the pre-launch phase.
- An existing community. The partnership with Outlierman, with a database of 10,000 international car enthusiasts, made it possible to reach enthusiasts and collectors from day one.
- A lead system. A website with lead capture and a custom CRM with automated follow-ups, to turn interest into negotiations.
- International press. Clear messages and a consistent story, measured with the Media Tracker.
- Value and distribution. The investment memorandum to present Brado to investors and partners, and agreements for international sales and distribution.
What it shows
An international launch works when positioning, demand, community, sales system and reputation are built together, not one after the other. The full method is described in the article How to launch a restomod on the international market.
